Day 1
Airport transfers and Welcome Dinner

Welcome to Athens! In the city that gave birth to Greek culture and was the point of reference for the entire world. The driver will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to the hotel. There you will have the opportunity to try the hotel’s cuisine through a Welcome dinner. 

 

Day 2
Athens City Guided Tour with Acropolis and Acropolis Museum wit On this Acropolis and Athens neighborhood tour, your guide brings you to some of the most magnificent monuments in the entire world. It’s an experience where the stories of the city’s past connect us to our present, and you can see for yourself, that it’s not that different. Expect plenty of mythical stories, mixed with some fun history, on a skip-the-line experience at the Acropolis.

Explore the expert-led Athens city tour and museum visit by taking a pleasant brief stroll past Herodion and Dionysos Theater to reach the Acropolis Museum. Bypass the queues at the new museum. Key highlights such as offerings, objects from daily life, sculptures from the archaic era, Caryatids, and the Parthenon Hall featuring metopes, pediments, and frieze, will leave a lasting impression on you.

 

Day 3
Athens-Corinth Canal – Epidaurus – Nafplio – Mycenae
Depart from Athens and make a stop at the Corinth Canal. Then, continue to Epidaurus to explore the ancient theater renowned for its exceptional acoustics. 

Afterward, head to the town of Nauplia for a brief visit, then journey through the plain of Argos to Mycenae. Explore the archaeological site and the Tomb of Agamemnon to gain insight into classical Greek culture. In the afternoon, travel to Olympia, the birthplace of the Olympic Games, for an overnight stay.

 

Day 4
Visit Olympia- Delphi

Following breakfast, visit the archaeological site of Olympia to see the Temple of Zeus, the Temple of Hera, the altar of the Olympic flame, the Stadium, and the archaeological Museum. Travel through Patras to Rion, and cross the Corinthian Bay via the famed bridge to Antirion. Pass by the city of Nafpaktos and continue along the coastal road to Delphi, known in ancient times as the navel of the world. In the afternoon, explore the charming mountain village of Arachova for an overnight stay in Delphi or Itea.

 

Day 5
Visit the archaeological site of Delphi- Kalabaka

Start the day early and visit the archaeological site of Delphi, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Enter the Delphi Museum to view numerous artifacts and relics dating back to the 15th century BC. Proceed to Kalabaka via Central Greece for an overnight stay.

 

Day 6
Visit Meteora – Athens passing Thermopylae

In the morning, visit the nearby Meteora to see the awe-inspiring Byzantine Monasteries, a UNESCO World Heritage site home to over 20 rock monasteries. Return to Athens in the late afternoon, passing by the heroic monument of Leonidas at Thermopylae.

 

Day 7
Athens – Departure (from airport/port)

Then you will be picked up by a private taxi driver who he will take you to the port or airport.
